Salary: £12.00 per hour plus shift allowance for the night shift

Working Hours:

two shift patterns available:

Days: 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri 06:00 - 14:00

Nights: 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri 22:00 - 6:00

We're a leading player in advanced automotive manufacturing, and we're looking for a talented Machine Shop Operative to join and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of engineering projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking to make a real impact within a growing and collaborative team.

What We Do

Specialise in complex aluminium and iron sand casting for automotive, motorsport, and aerospace sectors
Develop advanced manufacturing solutions using state-of-the-art technologies
Focus on lightweight, high-integrity casting techniques that support green energy and electrification
Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery with precision and attention to detail
Process machined parts according to manufacturing instructions
Perform washing and pressure testing of parts to meet customer specifications
Contribute to our innovative and dynamic manufacturing environment
What We're Looking For

Current, valid driving licence
Strong technical aptitude
Ability to follow detailed manufacturing instructions
Comfortable working in shift-based roles
Commitment to quality and precision
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced engineering setting
