A lovely and amazing independent school are looking for a permanent Room Lead to join them in stage 2 (4-5 year olds). In this Room Lead role, you will work with a fantastic team and a very supportive leadership. To be successful in the role of Room Lead they are looking for a level 3 qualified candidate who has experience working in Early Years or someone who is level 3 and previously been a Room Lead.

Requirements for Early Years Room Lead:
