Site Agent and Sub agent

Location - Swindon

Rate - Competitive 

My client is a Tier 1 contractor based in Swindon, who is currently looking for a site agent or a sub agent with previous rail and bridges experience to work on one of the major rail to work on the site on a long term contract position. 

Site agent responsibilities and requirements:

The project will involve the remediation of bridge structures and trunk sewer barrels within both road and rail infrastructure.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a project from conception to completion
Responsibilities will include leading a team of sub agents and engineers
NEC knowledge would be advantageous

Sub agent Responsibilities and requirements:

Managing the sub-contractors and engineers
Procurement / ordering of materials
Quality Control of the works / Health and Safety
Production of weekly rolling programmes
Providing support to site engineers
Management of site activities
Progress reporting
Experience of major rail/bridges projects
Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent
CSCS
CITB TWC - would be beneficial but not essential
PTS - Essential
