Senior Service Advisor, Salisbury Wiltshire - Salary & OTE CIRCA £35,000

My client is a leading main dealership in the automotive industry, committed to providing exceptional customer service and top-quality vehicles. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their team in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and their vehicles in a professional and friendly manner, discussing and confirming their requirements.
Lead and motivate the workshop team to achieve exceptional performance and productivity.
Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency.
Identify and address any team challenges or roadblocks promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire repair process.
Keep customers informed of vehicle status, progress, and estimated completion times.
Offer expert technical advice and recommendations on necessary repairs or upgrades.
Proactively promote additional services or products that can enhance the customer's experience.
Ensure efficient work flow and timely completion of repair orders.
Monitor and optimise workshop processes to minimise delays and maximise productivity.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and vehicle records in the Kerridge DMS.
Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure timely billing.Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in an after sales role within the motor trade.
Excellent communication, organisational, and attention to detail skills.
Knowledge of Kerridge DMS is advantageous.Benefits:
