What You Will Do:

Lead the Product and Tooling Design Team, ensuring product designs are suitable for manufacture and meet customer requirements.
Manage tooling specification documentation and support RFQ activities for new and production running tools/equipment.
Oversee tooling/Equipment design sign-off, final acceptance, and manage data systems linked with manufacturing processes.
Implement best practices and lessons learned through the product life cycle, including design for manufacturability and continuous improvement activities.
Utilise 3D and 2D CAD for product design changes and tooling improvements, and manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
Lead and develop the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
What You Will Bring:

Proficiency in 3D SolidWorks, Catia software, and Microsoft Office Packages.
Engineers with experience of Injection mould, diecast or press tooling will have the right skills for this role
A proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and the flexibility to travel overseas as required.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis.
