Key Responsibilities:

Contact existing customers to deliver outstanding service and support
Provide project support, collaborating with various departments to ensure successful outcomes
Make outbound calls to potential clients, engaging with them to address their needs and drive sales
Assist the account managers with administrative tasks and offer exceptional support to meet client expectations
Support maximising sales opportunities through a consultative approach maintaining customer relationsQualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience meeting and exceeding KPIs
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Organised, team player
