In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to lead a team of service technicians to carry out general maintenance and repairs on machines. You will need to be methodical in scheduling in jobs for clients and make an effort to maintain the stellar customer service reputation.

The Role:

8- 5 Monday - Friday 8-12 Saturday (on rotation)
Lead service technicians to ensure all jobs are completed to the highest quality
Maintain correct scheduling and rotas for the servicing department
Communicate with customers effectively to understand their needs and answer any issues they may have
Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards
