To deliver pre-planned, efficient maintenance tasks to the highest quality standard
Compliant with all health and safety requirements and adhere to best working practices
Undertake various tasks including general maintenance, installation, decoration, and basic plumbing What you'll need to succeed – Fabric Engineer

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
Carpentry, painting, changing doors and locks, gardening, tiling
A trade qualification would be beneficial
