Responsibilities:
* Prepare tender and contract documents.
* Conduct cost analyses and feasibility studies.
* Advise clients on procurement strategies and forms of contract.
* Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
* Analyse tender returns and provide contractual advice.
* Manage valuations, progress reports, and claims.
Requirements:
* 5+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience.
* Progressing towards MRICS or similar professional qualification.
* Experience with NEC contracts.
* A client-facing, confident, and motivated approach.
* Flexibility to travel as required.
