We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team in Hillingdon. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and success of students with additional learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN).

Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Support students with their social, emotional, and educational development.

Help with classroom management and resource preparation.

Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN coordinators, and parents to monitor student progress.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable but not essential).

A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting learning.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A commitment to promoting equality and inclusion.

Relevant qualifications in education or child development (desirable but not essential).
