- Assist in the administration of contracts, focusing on renewals and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of documents, contracts, and compliance files.
- Update and manage databases, ensuring information is timely and precise.
- Engage in marketing activities, including creating adverts and managing the company website.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, effectively prioritising multiple tasks. A background in estate agents and some knowledge of AI is advantageous.
