About the Role:
The business has secured a high-end hotel refurbishment project in West London and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take the lead. You will manage the project from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You will work closely with key stakeholders, subcontractors, and a skilled project team to maintain the quality and performance expected of such prestigious projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all aspects of the hotel refurbishment project in West London.

* Lead and manage project teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with stakeholders.

* Develop, maintain, and manage project programmes and schedules.

* Ensure health and safety compliance on site.

* Track project progress against plans and manage any deviations to meet deadlines.

* Oversee budget control, procurement, and resource management using Procore.

* Manage subcontractor performance and build strong working relationships.

* Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

* Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the construction and finishing process.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector, specifically on hotel or high-end refurbishment projects.

* Strong knowledge of managing refurbishment projects from start to finish.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

* Experience in managing project programmes and delivering to tight deadlines.

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and site management best practices.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and clients.
