Our client is on the hunt for a dynamic Shift Manager to join their thriving team in Corwen.

Role Overview:

As a Production Shift Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Clients Afternoon Shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll oversee an experienced team, including Line Leaders and Team Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Hit factory performance targets for output, waste, and product quality, and ensure they’re recorded accurately.

* Lead the night shift, acting as the go-to person for management queries.

* Develop, support, and manage your team, ensuring they receive the necessary training.

* Oversee packing operations, ensuring products are correctly labelled and packaged to standard.

* Conduct stock checks of raw materials and packaging as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

* Knowledge of IOSH (desired).

* Minimum 3 years of experience in shift management or team leadership (essential).

* Background in manufacturing within FMCG, print, packaging, or pharma (essential).

* LEAN awareness (desired).

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
