Company Vehicle or RailcardDuties of a Parking Control Attendant:
To carry out patrolling across various train station car parks ensuring that they comply with health and safety regulations.
To carry out cleaning duties across the car park, ensuring rubbish and debris is collected and removed from site.
Maintenance of all car park equipment, ensuring all is in good working order
To assist customers with queries, assistance requests and complaints
Maintaining strong communications with the operations managers and other colleagues
Enforce parking regulations by issuing Penalty Notices, warning notices and customer awarenessWhat we are looking for:
Previous experience of working in a customer service
Ability to work outdoors in all weather
Excellent attention to detail
Team player with good communication skills
