Administrator
Our Client specialises in providing utilities for businesses across the UK. They currently seek a detail-oriented Administrator to join their team.
Duties include:
* Submitting contracts to suppliers via portals & Microsoft docs.
* Submitting termination and information requests to suppliers.
* Audit sales submitted by consultants and update CRM systems.
* Generating and submitting customer correspondence.
* Liaising with the customer service team with any contract issues.
* Supporting the Sales team with feedback on all aspects of quality, including voice files, CRM & sales techniques. (Direct Sales, AM & CAT).
* Speaking to customers and suppliers on the phone to resolve queries.
Key Skills required:
* Meticulous with quality assurance, quick to learn new things and adapts well to change.
* Customer focused
* Prioritising own work loads, taking ownership of tasks and following through.
* High level of IT competency in Microsoft office & Excel preferred
* Data entry
