My client are looking for a senior perms recruitment consultant to join the busy team 

You will be based out of Northampton office .  They are completely open to sector you have worked in but you will need a strong background in recruitment and if you have expeirence in I.T Recruitment sector that would be great.  This is a key role for the growth of the business.  Salary of up to £40k basic and uncapped commission

Overseeing and managing recruitment campaigns 
Build and develop a succesful division/team 
Directly sourcing and headhunting talent using a range of tools 
Building and nurturing talent pipelines in line with our growth demands
Promoting our employer brand and social media presenceManage recruitment processes, overseeing everything from client engagement to candidate placement

Efficiently fill perm and temp-to-perm positionsMeet and exceed targets by winning new clients and successfully filling their roles
