With an established presence and strong proven history in their sector across the UK, our client is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to assist in overseeing operations at their fulfilment centre in Warwickshire.

Salary circa £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending upon experience plus benefits package. Hours of work are 8.45am - 5.00pm (Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, logistics, and customer service.
Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate records through ERP transactions.
Manual handling and unloading of containers from overseas suppliers
Supervising small warehouse team
Fork lift truck driving

Requirements:

Strong supervisory experience within warehousing.
Proficiency in warehouse procedures and policies.
Ability to communicate effectively and provide feedback.
Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence is essential and Bendi licence would be highly advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Must have a hands-on approach and be willing to work with the team.

This position is based in Warwickshire and is easily commutable from Alcester, Bidford On Avon, Studley, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Evesham, Bishampton, Long Marston, Redditch and Bromsgrove.
