Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Horsham
Salary: £26k - £36k basic
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm flexible hours, hybrid.

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant for our client based in Horsham. You will be joining a warm desk, however, let's be honest you will never run away from BD!

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best match for each role
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job brief to successful placementThe ideal Recruitment Consultants Requirements:

At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience
Confident and kind personality
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
