Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated South Sales Manager & Technical Product Advisor to join our client’s team. This hybrid role combines leadership, sales, and product consulting, perfect for an individual who excels in both strategic planning and client interactions. The successful candidate will lead the Southern sales team and work directly with Occupational and Physiotherapists, providing expert product assessments and promoting an exceptional product line.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
* Incentives: Company van, bonus scheme, Medicash, pension, 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the Southern sales team to achieve KPIs and overall business objectives.
* Brand Development: Grow the brand’s presence across target areas: ME, WL, E, SE, BR, TN, CT, ME, DA, RM, IG, SS, CM, CO, CB, IP.
* Client Engagement: Cultivate and manage client relationships to support sales goals and KPI achievement.
* Account Management: Provide top-notch account management and essential administrative support.
* Clinical Consultation: Conduct product assessments for children and therapists, offering tailored advice.
* Training & Development: Support the sales team through training, scheduling, performance reviews, and reporting.
* Engagement & Outreach: Drive engagement by delivering presentations, hosting training sessions, and supporting marketing efforts at events and exhibitions.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience: Background in the pediatric medical device sector with a proven track record in sales.
* Leadership: Demonstrated experience in field sales management, ideally within healthcare or medical industries.
* Technical Expertise: Skilled in clinical product assessments and knowledge of medical devices.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
* Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
