A General Labourer is required for 5 high end luxury residential properties just outside Crediton. This is an ongoing role with other site starts planned over the next 12 months. 

THE ROLE:

General labouring including digging, lifting, carrying, operating hand and power tools (under supervision)
Ensuring the site is clean and tidy at all times
Assisting trades
Assisting site team
Moving materials
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience as a site labourer
Ability to perform physical manual labour
Knowledge of basic hand tools (desirable)
CSCS Card (preferred)
Own transport - there is very limited public transport so you must have your own means of getting to and from the site. 
This is an excellent opportunity with an SME housebuilder where there will be plenty of opportunities for skills development and career progression within the construction industry.
