A Health & Safety Specialist Construction Consultancy are seeking a CDM Consultant to oversee an exciting new venture of projects across London & the Southeast. This will allow the CDM Consult exposure to some historic landmarks which will provide scenic sites. When not visiting beautiful landscapes, they will enjoy working from the London office 2 times a week with their diverse team.

The CDM Consultant Role

As a CDM Consultant you will provide support and act as PD within the portfolio of clients. There will be a team of Principal Designers, CDM Advisors, Architects and Fire Risk Assessors to support your work. This is a client facing role focused on technical delivery and client satisfaction.

The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:

Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (preferable).
Experience: At least 1 years of experience in CDM roles.
Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.What's In It for You?
