Job description:

Labourer/Driver required for our client based in Stratford-upon-Avon.  This role includes staying over throughout the week, weekends will be spent at home.  All accommodation will be paid for by our client, as well as breakfast and evening meals.  Run out on a Monday morning from Stratford-upon-Avon, returning back on Friday afternoon.  
 
The Role:

In this role, you will be assisting in Labour and Assembly of displays, stands and temporary accomodation.  This work is strenuous, including general labouring and DIY skills so you will need to be fit and healthy.  Driving a van is also required as part of this role, transporting goods from site-to-site, therefore van driving experience is required.  As part of this role, you will be working as part of a small team, the ideal candidate will have a "can do" attitude in terms of supporting their colleagues on a daily basis.  

Shift Pattern: 

The shift pattern is Monday-Friday with weekends off.  
Candidates must be willing to stay over during the week as part of this role. 
Flexible starts - AM & PM start times required as part of this role.  Any candidate must be flexible on starting on both of these as part of this role. 
Shifts can last as long as 12 hours per day.  
The Perfect Candidate: 

Will hold a Clean Full UK Driving Licence
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience for insurance purposes.  
Will be over 21 years old for insurance purposes
Will be flexible and able to remain calm under pressure.
Will have the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills and an attention to detail is essential.
