Associate Director – London - Salary up to £85K + package

Roles & Responsibilities

Professional Profile:

Technically astute, performance driven, results oriented Highways and Infrastructure Team Leader, possessing a vast and diverse wealth of expertise accumulated over extensive experience working across different projects and employers within the Engineering Services sector. Proven track record in the delivery of significant and measurable value within all roles undertaken through effective team leadership, operational and strategic implementation, and stakeholder relationship management. You will be working on Exciting projects in the UK and overseas including new town developments in the Middle East, as well as embassies in Africa, as well as Healthcare, Residential development in the UK.

Key Skills:

* Technical Civil Engineering Expertise in Highways, Infrastructure and Urban Regeneration Masterplanning projects.

* Coordination and development of multidisciplinary teams towards the achievement of KPIs.

* Operational Management: development and implementation of business systems to optimise cost effectiveness.

* Project / programme management: end to end delivery of business solutions and process improvements.

* Financial management: costing (material and operational), valuation, price list production, and forecasting.

* Resource Management: leading the Infrastructure and Building Drainage teams across the Civil Engineering project portfolio.

* Development and implementation of solutions; tailored to the bespoke requirements of the client / project.

* Business Development and Work Winning for multi-disciplined projects.

* Effective engagement and negotiation with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Professional Requirements:

Chartered Civil Engineer with 12+ years' experience in Highways and Infrastructure projects.

Core Capabilities - Demonstratable Track Record in the Design of the following:

* Highways Geometric Design - DMRB

* Infrastructure and Public Realm

* Drainage and SuDs

* Earthworks

* Utilities - Spacial Planning

* Utilities Diversions

* Planning Approvals

* Technical Approvals
