My client is seeking a conveyancing solicitor to join their thriving and well-respected Conveyancing Department. You will:

* Provide a first-class service to conveyancing clients, many of whom are high net worth individuals

* Have experience of complex financial settlements essential, to include inherited wealth issues, overseas capital, pensions and property matters

* Be knowledgeable of the issues relating to business/partnership division upon divorce (and able to interpret business accounts)

* Have a thorough understanding of FPR pension law and comparative values

* Be willing to act as a team player, sharing knowledge and ideas

* Ideally have own client following (would be a bonus)

* Be committed to bringing in new work and cross-referring to other departments

* Be a qualified solicitor

* Preferably be a member of Resolution and the Family Advanced Accreditation Scheme
