About the Role

Reporting to the Strategic Accounts & Contracts Manager this role is initially offered on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.

The role is a hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) and the ideal candidate will be located close to ideally Willerby or Dunstable. Part time hours could be considered for the ideal candidate if required.

What You Will Do

Day to day you will be responsible for:

* Entry of new pricing into SAP

* Maintenance of existing pricing in SAP - including analysis of expiring pricing

* Pricing analysis support

* Management of price queries - internally and with customers

* Resolution of invoice queries and raising of any credits required

* Co-ordination of price increase communications to customers

* Contract administration - collation of contract documentation, notification of any changes impacting contracts

Who You Are

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

* Experience working with SAP (desirable but not essential as full training will be given)

* High attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Good organisational skills

* Be experienced in customer service
