£24,000 basic + commission (OTE £32,000 per annum)

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:
* Actively manage and negotiate sales to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
* Conduct property viewings, provide detailed and accurate information to prospective buyers and answer any queries.
* Liaise with vendors and buyers, ensuring a smooth and transparent negotiation process.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values to offer informed advice to clients.
* Prepare and manage sales documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive office atmosphere.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a property sales role.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach.
* Professional appearance and demeanour.
* Valid driving license (use of Electric Mini pool car provided)
