Experienced and professional Plumbers required to work with leading Housing Associations Maintenance team on a permament contract.

My client requires an experienced and professional plumber to work with their in house day to day repairs team. Work will cover 2nd fix reactive repairs, as well as basic tiling, replacing bath panels and sections of skirting, plastering and very basic associated other trades.

Plumbing repair work will be carried out on tenated social housing properties covering Castle Vale and surrounding regions of Birmingham.

Working hours are Monday, Tuesday 9.00am - 17.30pm, Wednesday 11.30am - 8.00pm, Thursday 8.00am - 16.30pm, Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm. 40 hours per week in total.

Salary on Offer:

£35,020 for 36 hours per week

£41,130 for 40 hours per week

Requirements:

City & Guilds Qualification in a build trade or relevant time served experience.

Be able to work well within a small team
