Customer Service Administrator
Reports To: The Sales Team Leader
Job Overview:
If you've got experience of delivering outstanding customer service, we have an excellent opportunity for you to join our team at Boneham to provide excellent customer service to internal and external Customers alike.
Responsibilities and Duties (include but not limited to):
* Post sales queries, such as POD’s, pricing, copies of documents
* Handling Customer Returns in a timely manner
* Customer facing order progressing with the Operations Team
* Proactive orderbook management
* Obtaining and analysing Customer feedback
* Assisting with greeting visitors and answering telephones
* Producing reports such as Delivery Performance and Arrears reports
* Completing customer forms for audit purposes
* Issuing Customer Feedback forms and collating the data for presentation
The Person:
* Experience within a varied and busy customer service position
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Great eye for detail
* Confident telephone manner
* Customer focused in every aspect of the role
* Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
* Capability to work independently and prioritise workload
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel
