If you’ve ever looked at a broken machine and thought, “Not on my watch,” then keep reading. We’re on the hunt for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to battle rogue PLCs, tame wild motors, and prevent mechanical meltdowns before they turn into full-blown soap operas.

Are you electrically biased, mechanically gifted, and capable of fixing things without just hitting them harder? What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Looking Like a Legend in Hi-Vis)

Planned Preventative Maintenance – Because breakdowns have a terrible sense of timing.
Electrical Troubleshooting – PLCs, motors, inverter drives… if it sparks or spins, it’s your domain.
Leading the Team – Guide, plan, and keep things running (bonus points if you make it look effortless).
Maintenance System Management – Yes, there’s paperwork, but we promise it won’t bite.
Safety & Compliance – Because we prefer our engineers fully intact.
Continuous Improvement – Finding better ways to do things, because you’re a genius like that.

What We’re Looking For (No Wizards, Just Practical Magicians)

Solid electrical & mechanical engineering experience – preferably the kind that doesn’t involve duct tape and prayers.
A recognized electrical qualification – because we like our sparks inside the circuits, not flying across the room.
Planned Preventative Maintenance expertise – thinking ahead so you’re not always playing firefighter.
Knowledge of PLCs, motors, drives & electrical drawings – you don’t need to be a robot, just smarter than one.
Comfortable working at heights – MEWP skills required (but no superhero landings, please).
