The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services and managing exciting projects across sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Workplace/Office, Health & Life Sciences, and Education circa £20m.

This role offers hybrid working, allowing you to balance your time between the office, home, and site visits.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

MRICS or be actively working towards it.
A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Proven experience delivering construction projects, with strong pre- and post-contract expertise.
Sector experience in health, commercial, or education (preferred but not essential).
A collaborative, team-focused approach with leadership qualities.
Previous experience working in a UK cost consultancy or PQS environment.What's on Offer?
