Neuro Physiotherapist - Neuro Rehabilitation Hospital
Location: Clapham, South West London (SW16)
Salary: £36,483 - £52,089 per annum (includes paid breaks)
Hours: Full-time and part-time hours available (standard full-time contract is 40 hours per week, with flexibility for alternate arrangements)

We are looking for a qualified Physiotherapist with experience in neurorehabilitation, who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Role Overview and Key Responsibilities:
As a Neuro Physiotherapist, you will deliver specialist physiotherapy to patients requiring neuro-rehabilitation. Your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
Assessing and treating patients with neurological conditions, including complex cases.
Acting as the keyworker, facilitating communication between patients, families, and the MDT.
Adhering to professional standards and clinical guidelines while working autonomously.
Facilitating referrals and promoting understanding of the neuro-rehabilitation team's roles.
Attending weekly meetings to prioritize assessments and treatments.
Supervising junior staff, including physiotherapists, assistants, and students.
Contributing to service development through Continuing Professional Development (CPD), audits, and research.
Requirements:
Essential:
A diploma/degree in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
Strong CPD portfolio focused on neurological conditions.
Extensive clinical experience in neuro-rehabilitation.
Proven ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams, supervise junior staff, and contribute to service development.
Advanced assessment and treatment skills for neurological conditions, with strong clinical reasoning and knowledge of stroke and neuro-rehabilitation guidelines.
Excellent communication and IT skills.
Ability to work independently, manage pressure, resolve conflicts, and implement change.
Physically capable of performing the role.
Desirable:
MSc in Physiotherapy.
Experience with hydrotherapy for neurological patients.
