LOCUM CLINICAL PHARMACIST REQUIRED IN WEXHAM, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE **

Trident Healthcare are dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Locum Clinical Pharmacist for ward based role in the Wexham area for a private hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

* Covering clinical ward rounds

* Conduct medication reviews and manage patient medication therapy.

* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

* Educate patients and healthcare staff on medication use and safety.

Requirements:

* Registered Pharmacist with GPHC

* Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.

* Strong knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Benefits:

* £40-£42 per hour

* Full time monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm
