Supporting staffing solutions for all client account management matters working closely with other departments to support business retention and growth
Dealing with inbound enquiries, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and efficiently
Holding the clinicians accountable for delivering the highest level of care
Building and maintaining a relationship with the clients, clinicians and colleagues
Identifying clinicians who have not worked in a while and proactively reaching out to themKey Skills and Experience of a Care Coordinator:

You will need to have clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
Strong time management and organisational skills are required
Experience working in the healthcare sector is desirable
Experience dealing with high-volume calls and enquiries is a must due to the volume of calls within this role
