The Role: This is a position with real progression opportunity. The Inside Sales role will, over time develop to become a more senior position including travel in the UK and overseas. In the Inside Sales position you will learn about the Companies’ products and services. You will also build relationships with customers, suppliers and the Company owners.
Duties of the role include:
* Developing new business leads and building new relationships with customers

Providing the highest level of customer service
*
Supporting the sales team
*
Preparing customer quotes
*
Maintaining sales records
*
Assisting with planning and support for exhibitions
*
Receiving and actioning orders and questions from customers and suppliers by email, phone and in writing.
*
Maintaining records of quotes etc. and diary follow ups
*
Receiving deliveries and despatching goods
*
Plus other sales and operational related activities
For this Inside Sales role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Some previous experience in a B2B Sales role
*
Confident and able to deal with customers at all levels in a business
*
Excellent rapport builder who enjoys building relationships with their customers
*
Reliable with a great work ethic
*
Shows ambition to progress and a real “can do” attitude to work
*
Friendly and personable and works well in a team environment
