Description
Assist in the preparation of financial reports
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
Process invoices, record payments, and track expenses
Support the month-end and year-end close process
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Collaborate with the Financial Controller and Accounting team on annual audit
Manage financial documentation and data entry tasks
Assist with other accounting projects as neededProfile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
An education background in Accounting or Finance
Strong knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software
Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage financial records
Good organisational skills for maintaining financial records and managing deadlinesJob Offer
An hourly rate between £15 - £18
