Packing FLT Operator
Rotating Shifts
Driffield Area
£29,500

We are recruiting on behalf of our manufacturing client for reliable and hardworking Packing FLT Operators to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for packing and transporting materials around the site, including loading and unloading goods. This role involves heavy lifting, with a requirement to lift bags weighing up to 20kg.

Key Responsibilities:

* Pack, label, and prepare materials for dispatch.

* Handle and transport both raw materials and finished products around the site.

* Load and unload goods in a safe and efficient manner.

* Ensure materials are stored in designated areas safely.

* Operate a forklift (if licensed) to move heavy materials and products.

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

* Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

* Ability to lift up to 20kg.

* Forklift license is preferred but not essential.

* Previous experience in packing, production, or warehouse environments is advantageous.

* FLT experience

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

* Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

* Own transport is required due to the location.

Schedule:

* Day shift

* Monday to Friday

* Night shift
