Principal Engineer / Senior Engineer / Principal Electrical Engineer required for an engineering company who provide leading solutions to gas projects worldwide.

Principal Engineer / Senior Engineer / Principal Electrical Engineer will be responsible for delivering multiple projects within given time scales as well as designing and preparing detailed drawings of equipment and systems.

Principal Engineer / Senior Engineer will be able to commute to the office near Guildford and travel internationally when projects are near completion

Package

£60,000 per year depending on experience

25 days holiday + bank holidays

Role:

Successfully manage and complete various projects within set deadlines and allocated budgets.
Engage in international travel approximately 12 weeks annually to oversee project completions.
Design various complex control systems
Supervise on-site system and hardware installations performed by external contractors.
Conduct pre-commissioning acceptance tests for individual systems and hardware components.
Review and authorise vendor-supplied package systems.
Identify and select appropriate electrical and control equipment to meet the requirements of all projects
Enhance the quality management system continuously to uphold ISO9001 standards. 

Requirements:

·   Proficiency in using Siemens TIA for PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems is required.

BEng in Electrical Engineering
Familiarity with SQL.
Commutable to the head office near Guildford
