We are seeking experienced conveyancing fee earners.

Working as part of a busy team, you will need to be experienced enough to be able to handle 6 or 7 exchanges / completions per week. Candidates interested in this role will need to have worked in volume conveyancing previously.

Duties of the role include:-

Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Delivering outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions with clear and proactive communication.
Supervising and mentoring support staff, fostering development within the team.
Actively contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow the firm's reputation and client base.
Providing support to colleagues as required, particularly during absences.
Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory standards.
Continuing professional development, staying up to date with legal and market trends.Candidates will ideally possess a Law Degree, LPC, or an equivalent technical qualification (CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer), although applications from experienced conveyancers without formal qualifications are also welcomed
