SOS Group are recruiting for Supervisor to manage a team of Spotters for a large scale data project in Waltham Cross. This is ongoing works for the right individual.

Duties

Managing Spotters working for different contractors

Ensure H&S compliance

Overseeing and directing workers who are operating heavy machinery

Provide clear & safe direction to Spotters working with the MEWP operators

Coordinate with Site Management team

Applicant requirements

SSSTS or SMSTS Qualification and experience as working as supervisor

Must have CSCS card

Good Communicator able to deliver clear instructions

Able to motivate and deliver performance from team

Must be able to provide work references
