ROLE: Business Development Manager
SALARY: £35,000 + uncapped commission
LOCATION: Essex (remote but expectation to regularly visit clients in this area)

Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities, using a mix of self-sourced leads and company-provided prospects.

Develop tailored marketing solutions, presenting and negotiating deals to drive revenue growth.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing accounts for up to 12 months post-sale.

Skills:

Proven experience in sales, ideally within field sales or high-volume media sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

A full UK driving licence is required.
