My client is a Passive Fire company providing service to commercial and residential property. Established over 9 years they have a fantastic reputation for great service. Covering London, South East of England, East Anglia, and the Midlands. Working across the Installation and remedial to fire doors, compartmentation, Fire Stopping, and annual Fire door inspections.
About the Opportunity
Due to continuous growth, an opportunity has arisen to join the passive fire team as a new business development manager with the remit of growing the business across new sectors within the London and home counties area.
About the job
* Working closely with the head of operations to help build, develop and execute a Sales Strategy.
* Drive new service contract sales within new sectors while also developing existing current relationships with clients.
* Staying abreast of regulatory changes and driving initiatives to help support change.
* Driving sales objectives through effective customer satisfaction and fulfillment of solutions.
* Being a trusted partner to your clients to help fulfill/address current challenges.

To be successful you will have:
* In-depth knowledge of current passive fire regulations (Ideal)
* Proven experience of selling Service Contracts
* The successful Business Development Manager will be a proactive, commercial, and technical individual with strong analytical skills.
* You will have excellent interpersonal skills with a successful track record of working with multiple stakeholders at various levels.
* Previous sales experience in a related sector, if no experience with Fire doors, Fire Stopping, or Passive fire will be accepted.
* You will have a strong track record of selling solutions with the customer's interest at heart.
