Reeson Education is seeking a confident and experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils across KS1 and KS2 at a well-regarded primary school in Waltham Forest. Position Overview:

Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: Waltham Forest, East London

Start Date: Immediate

Pay: £82.14-£100 per day

Contract: Full-time, term-time only

What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting pupils in KS1 and/or KS2, ideally in a mainstream setting

Confidence working with lower-attaining groups or those with mild SEN

Strong classroom presence and clear communication skills

Calm, patient, and flexible approach to learning support

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

Key Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:

Supporting pupils during lessons, both in-class and in small group interventions

Helping with lesson resources, learning activities, and pupil focus

Supporting learners with concentration, behaviour, and progress tracking

Encouraging independence and promoting positive learning habits
