Structural Revit Technician

Location: Central London

Salary: 40k - 50k plus benefits

Emtech are working with a Civil & Structural Consultancy who are looking for a Structural Revit Technician to join their established team in London. Ideally you will have at least a few years experience working with Revit across either residential, education, commercial, industrial projects.

In this role you will be joining a structural team of 12 in Central London near Farringdon. On offer is the chance to work flexibly and be part of a team delivering high quality work for a varied client base across London.

Requirements:

Experience of building structures projects across a range of sectors, including residential
Able to produce accurate technical engineering drawings in a variety of materials
Proficient in Revit with at least 3 years experience in the software
Good attention to detail, conversant in all building materials with particular focus on in-situ concrete, timber, masonry and steelwork
Ability to undertake review and checking of RC detailing and scheduling would be useful Training and support with IStructE is on offer as well as the chance to take a lead draughting role on a broad range of projects.
