Deputy Home Manager
Location: Crawley
Salary: Up to £40,000 + other benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Start Date: Immediate

We are recruiting for a Deputy Home Manager for a leading residential care home in Crawley. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience at the Deputy Manager level, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day operations of the care home

* Lead and manage staff, ensuring compliance with care standards

* Maintain resident care plans and work closely with families

* Handle scheduling and staffing, including weekend cover

Requirements:

* 2 to 3 years of experience as a Deputy Manager

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations

* Ability to manage staff and resources effectively

* Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
