Responsibilities
* Provide personal care assistance with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Help clients with mobility and physical exercises to enhance their well-being.
* Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary needs and preferences.
* Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental wellbeing and reduce loneliness.
* Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
* Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Requirements
* A genuine passion for helping others and enhancing their quality of life.
* Previous experience in a UK care assistant or similar role.
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
* A patient and compassionate demeanor, with a strong sense of empathy.
* Relevant certifications or training in caregiving or healthcare is a plus.
