Our client, a thriving, family-owned business with a loyal customer base and a great reputation is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Retail Manager to support our retail operations. This is not your typical retail role – it’s hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone with a passion customer service, and teamwork.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and conducting tastings
* Assisting with stock control, including lifting and moving cases.
* Handling phone calls, emails, customer orders, and general admin tasks
* Supporting sales and day-to-day retail operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling
* Helping with events and tours, ensuring a great customer experience
* Assisting with social media content and customer engagement
* Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous retail experience, ideally in a brewery or drinks-related setting
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to lift up to 25kg safely
* Good organisational and multitasking skills
* Familiarity with social media and content creation
* Availability to work evenings and weekends
