Production Analyst

Main Responsibilities

Data Input: Manage the input of production runs and sales allocations from 3rd party providers into PR3.
Reconciliation: Reconcile production figures and handle stock reconciliation within the PR3 system.
Invoice Management: Check, process, and sign off invoices to ensure accuracy.
Order Processing: Process and allocate sales orders efficiently.
Production Planning: Assist in planning production runs to ensure optimal resource use and timely product delivery.
Administrative Support: Assist in collating production and sales quantities/values and handle general administrative tasks.
Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with both suppliers and customers.

Required

Experience within the fresh produce sector and proficiency in Prophet PR3 are essential.
A strong analytical or financial background would be highly beneficial in this role.
Excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate initiative.
Willingness to take on new responsibilities and grow with the business as it expands.
Team player who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
Able to meet deadlines and a logical problem solver.
Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.)
