Are you the right person for the job?

At least 2 years in drain clearing or a similar role
Familiar with risk assessments and safe systems of work
Industry-recognised training cards are a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate
Full UK Driving Licence
CCTV / Lining Experience advantage but not essential
Gully / Drain repairs and replacements skills an advantage but not essential
Have relevant experience
CSCS Licence would be an advantage
What will your role look like?

Carry out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customer’s drains
Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise
Operate in accordance with H&S and Quality procedures
Maintain a standard of company service vehicle and equipment
Accurately record work details via internal and client systems
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Our client is a family-run business that works under a franchise for Dyno-Plumbing & Heating, which is owned by British Gas.

Through their team of qualified Plumbers with a minimum of NVQ Level 2, they offer all plumbing work from a leaking stop tap to full bathroom installation, as well as upgrading hot water systems to an unvented.
