Rents and Service Charge Consultant – Remote – 6 to 9 month FTC - up to £53,000

Our client is a housing association based in the North West and we are looking for someone with considerable service charge experience to undertake a 6 to 9 month contract.

The role will be assist with a transformation programme around service charges and your role will be around 3 key deliverables :

Setting rents and services charges on relets.

Setting rents and service charges on new developments.

Catching up on shared ownership rent increases effective from April 2024.

The role is offered on a fully remote basis and we are seeking applications from individuals who can demonstrate a customer focused service along with strong legislative knowledge
