? Your Role
* Conduct Building Surveys, Contract Administration & Defect Inspections
* Work on Dilapidations, Party Wall Matters & Reinstatement Cost Assessments
* Prepare Maintenance Plans, Design & Specification reports
? What You’ll Need
* ✔️ Degree in Building Surveying (or related field)
* ✔️ Strong report writing & stakeholder communication skills
* ✔️ MRICS (desirable, not essential)
